All products displayed on our website are ready to be shipped at the time an order is placed.<\/p> \n
For greater efficiency, we try to ensure that all our orders leave for the recipient on the same day the order is placed.<\/p> \n
If at the time of purchase we see that there has been a stock failure and the shipment cannot be made, we will contact the buyer directly to reach an agreement, replacing the product with another or making a refund of the amount.<\/p> \n
All orders over \u20ac50 to mainland Spain have free shipping. If the amount is less, the cost is \u20ac4.90. The service will always be 24\/48h for all orders placed before 12am.<\/p> \n
Orders to Europe have a shipping cost of \u20ac14.90. Free shipping applies to orders over \u20ac150.<\/p> \n

Returns<\/b><\/p> \n
All orders placed on our website have a maximum return period of 15 days. <\/p> \n
To avoid problems and considering our work, we would appreciate it if customers who are going to make a return would notify us at the time of receiving the order and do so as soon as possible. <\/p> \n
Custom orders do not have the option of being returned as they are made specifically to the customer’s taste.<\/p> \n
All returns must be made in perfect condition of both the product and the packaging, and without signs of having been used.<\/p> \n

The shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.<\/p> \n
The shipping costs of the original order will never be refunded. <\/p> \n
In the event that the order was entitled to free shipping, when making the return it will be assessed whether that order still maintains the characteristics to receive such a bonus. If not, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund (\u20ac4.90 for national shipments and \u20ac14.90 for shipments to Europe)<\/p> \n
Once we receive the return in our warehouse and verify that everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund, which may take between 7 and 10 business days to appear in your bank.<\/p> \n
