Orders and shipping

All products displayed on our website are ready to be shipped at the time an order is placed.

For greater efficiency, we try to ensure that all our orders leave for the recipient on the same day the order is placed.

If at the time of purchase we see that there has been a stock failure and the shipment cannot be made, we will contact the buyer directly to reach an agreement, replacing the product with another or making a refund of the amount.

All orders over €50 to mainland Spain have free shipping. If the amount is less, the cost is €4.90. The service will always be 24/48h for all orders placed before 12am.

Orders to Europe have a shipping cost of €14.90. Free shipping applies to orders over €150.

All our orders have a tracking number. If you cannot find it or receive it correctly, contact us and we will resend it to you.

Returns

All orders placed on our website have a maximum return period of 15 days.

To avoid problems and considering our work, we would appreciate it if customers who are going to make a return would notify us at the time of receiving the order and do so as soon as possible.

Custom orders do not have the option of being returned as they are made specifically to the customer’s taste.

All returns must be made in perfect condition of both the product and the packaging, and without signs of having been used.

The shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

The shipping costs of the original order will never be refunded.

In the event that the order was entitled to free shipping, when making the return it will be assessed whether that order still maintains the characteristics to receive such a bonus. If not, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund (€4.90 for national shipments and €14.90 for shipments to Europe)

Once we receive the return in our warehouse and verify that everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund, which may take between 7 and 10 business days to appear in your bank.
