QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Quality and Environmental Policy aligns with the scope of the IMS, DESIGN, FASHION SALES, and is based on three fundamental concepts:
1. Continuous improvement, as a guiding principle for our work approach, constantly focused on streamlining and simplifying internal processes to dedicate greater resources to serving our stakeholders and incorporating better equipment and technology.
2. Customer obsession, as financial results will be a logical consequence of their satisfaction with the service provided, and this can only be achieved by incorporating this concept into the company culture.
3. Commitment to the Environment, taking into account the life cycle of products and services, striving to respect our surroundings in the development of our activities relevant to the organization’s context, through proper management and control of generated waste, as well as reducing our consumption.
The Company Management has the following general objectives:
1. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and applicable regulations and the requirements of the services developed through the implementation and maintenance of a Quality and Environmental Management System, which defines what needs to be done, by whom, when and where, and at the same time measures and records the results obtained to enrich and improve subsequent cycles. All this rigor, all this planning and control is what instills confidence in our customers.
2. All employees will have access to the necessary training to fulfill their functions, as well as planning and developing those courses, talks, presentations, etc., that Management considers necessary for the professional enrichment of its employees.
3. Minimize the environmental impact of our activity through the control of our significant environmental aspects and those associated with the rational consumption of Natural Resources, efficient waste management and pollution prevention, and all those related to the organization’s context and
affecting our stakeholders, always from the perspective of ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
4. Customer satisfaction through:
Compliance with legislation and regulations applicable to our activity, as well as commitments voluntarily acquired in matters of Quality and Environment and all legislative areas and environmental aspects at local, regional, national and European levels.
Adequate provision and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, facilities, etc. in accordance with compliance with relevant legal regulations and others that the organization subscribes to.
Respect for the Environment, striving to respect our surroundings in the development of our activities, taking into account the life cycle, through proper management and control of generated waste; as well as reducing our consumption, and all those related to the organization’s context and affecting our stakeholders.
